Can I use DLC for mass effect 2 on another profile on the same console if i already have it on another profile?

By this i mean the various armour and gun packs and the arrival dlc, as i am aware the rest is already on the diskCan I use DLC for mass effect 2 on another profile on the same console if i already have it on another profile?
If you purchased DLC for Mass Effect 2 on your console, then yes, ALL profiles on THAT console will be able to access the DLC.

Edit: I should clarify

If "Profile A" purchased the DLC on "Xbox 1", then all profiles on "Xbox 1" will be able to access the DLC. If you were to go and import "Profile A" to a friend's "Xbox 2", you will not have access to the DLC unless you redownload it onto "Xbox 2".

So pretty much, if you are just downloading it onto your own personal Xbox, and say you have a brother who plays on that xbox too, he will also have access to it.Can I use DLC for mass effect 2 on another profile on the same console if i already have it on another profile?
Yes I have an online account and have downloaded pretty much all the DLC. My girlfriend has a different account (not an XBL account) on the same Xbox and she has access to all DLC as well. Also, unlike a lot of games, Mass Effect 2 will let you access your DLC and not have any load issues when you are not connected to Xbox Live. So after you have downloaded it, as long as you are using the same hard drive you will have access no matter which account (online or otherwise) you are using.
