Should i buy the arrival and lair of shadowbroker dlcs for mass effect 2 and will they impact mass effect 3?

I found The Lair of the Shadowbroker was one of the best sequences in an already superb game. It's by far the best DLC. It's very long. The combat is very challenging. It even has a bit of humour.



I have no idea if it will impact on ME3. The ending suggests that it might.Should i buy the arrival and lair of shadowbroker dlcs for mass effect 2 and will they impact mass effect 3?
from my thoughts i would say yes they will affect mass effect 3 becuase



arrival is the prequel of me3 and you have to respond to your action of that dlc
