Which Mass Effect 2 DLC to pick: Shadow Broker or Arrival?

I was thinking of buying 1000msp for some DLC so I want to get Bring Down The Sky for ME 1 and one of the two I mentioned in the question. I'd just like to know without mentioning the plot, which one did you prefer playing? I heard Arrival leads into ME 3 but the Shadow Broker has more cheevos...Which Mass Effect 2 DLC to pick: Shadow Broker or Arrival?
Shadow Broker, the decisions you make in Arrival does not affect Mass Effect 3 at all as you will have the same ending. Also by completing the shadow broker you will probably have a good bonus to the outcome of Mass Effect 3 but I won't spoil the plot.
Hard pick. I would have to say Shadow Broker, though Arrival has a lot more to do with the main plot.

If you want a full ME experience then get everything... Arrival will make the start of ME3 a lot better because you have more plot line to with. If you're just after achievements and not overly concerned with the story, Go with Shadow Broker
