I got the DLC Arrival for free and was wandering if this would screw up my save to be imported into ME3?Mass Effect 2 DLC???????
Not at all. Although no one can say for sure as ME3 isn't out yet. But these games are designed to be used with the DLC and it hasn't been a problem in the past.Mass Effect 2 DLC???????
No, you can install the arrival to your Mass Effect 2 with no issues and it will not affect your save's ability to be imported into the next game. Ideally BioWare wants you to download and install all forms of DLC for all of their games and it will definitely be compatible. Since the ME2 DLC will never actually interact with ME3 (it will just add stats or items that will integrate into your save) there's no worries. I imported my ME 1 save into ME 2 with no problems and I downloaded, installed and beat the ME 1 DLC before importing. The same will be true for ME 2, trust me.Mass Effect 2 DLC???????
It does not matter whether the save you use is from a pirated game or a legitimate one. DLCs are checked for authenticity before you are allowed to play them; if you have a way around that check and the game allows you to play the DLC then it will function identically to a legitimate game. You can make a save on a pirated game and import it into the legitimate sequel, and vice versa. Don't worry about it!
